This system was developed where the customer required either:

(1) A custom made length.    and/or

(2) A custom made position for the water outlet.

(3) A 90 degree corner.

The custom system is available in the following sizes

52mm wide x 20mm deep. (any length) - (39mm (1&1/2 inch) water outlet

88mm wide x 20mm deep. (any length) - ( 63mm (2 1/2 inch) and 76mm (3 inch) water outlet available)

88mm wide x 50mm deep. (any length) - ( 63mm (2 1/2 inch) and 76mm (3 inch) water outlet available)

Corner pieces or stop ends can be positioned at the customers request. Water outlet dropper or droppers can also be placed exactly to line up with existing plumbing outlets.

The Custom Linear Grate provides a modern aesthetic look that is both stylish and practical. Advantages include:

The grate is made from 316 Stainless steel, electro polish with a satin finish. The Stainless grate comes with Stainless Tray Base, Stainless Top Grate cover and 50mm Stainless Puddle Flange Adaptor Pipe.

All grates are 20mm deep. The water outlet is positioned as required by the customer and fits inside a standard 50mm puddle flange. The puddle flange and water proof sealing is something that would be already put in place by your plumber. The grates water outlet simply slides inside the puddle flange (see below).

There is no need to cut channels and recesses in your floor. Fits in a standard mortar bed before tiling. Easiest grate to install available on the market.
